Start Climbing πŸ’œ

God, I failed you.
Just one mistake after another
It’s no use;
I’m a lost cause, stumbling along

I don’t know which way to turn-
The ground seems so dirty, so cold
and So big, when you are face down

Sin found me again,
Am I really sincere?
I gave up without a fight
In spite of your love,
Your grace-
The great joy of having seen your face

The darkness is so heavy;
Blackness is all around
There is no star,
No light on any horizon

What am I to do?
Where am I to go?
To whom am I to turn?

Then I heard His voice say,

“So you’ve fallen! It is not the first time, nor will it be the last. Unless you lie there, buried in the darkness of your own self pity.

What a shame! You tried to lift yourself up with your own boot strap. You didn’t save yourself. What made you think you could lift yourself?

I loved you when you were loveless, and you are still unlovable at times
Especially now.
So you have fallen on your face, get up, find my grace.

Forgiveness waits the confession
That can fall only from dirty lips,
Born from a heart that longs to be pure.
Save your pity for others. They need it- all I need is your love. πŸ’œ

Truly the way out is the way up, and the way up is the way down, and the way down is the way through. It is that one step within the circle that declares “father make me,” that begins us on a journey that never ends.. This is the way up the mountain side. Start climbing if you have the heart for it.πŸ’œ – Jack Exum

James 4:10
“Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.”
